Q. Why can I not see the course video?
A. These courses use the free Adobe® Flash®. If you experience any issues viewing the course video, please download the latest Flash player.

Q. What browsers are supported to view these courses and get my certificate?
A. All courses are designed and tested for Internet Explorer 6.0 and greater. If you are using another browser, you may see unexpected results. Please use Internet Explorer while taking these courses.

Q. I could not print my certificate after taking the test, what can I do?
A. The certificate is available for printing after successfully completing the post-course test and answering the brief survey. You have the abillity to print your certificate at any time from the main course list. Any successfully completed courses will display a link to allow you to print your certificate at any time. If you continue to have issues, please use the support form below to submit your problem to our technical support staff who will assist you.

Q. Can I use the same computer that another person used to take these courses?
A. Yes. These courses will remember who was last logged on, so if you are sharing a computer, please remember to logout the other person, and log yourself in using your email address and password. If you forget your password, you can have it emailed to you by using the Forgotten Password link.

Q. Am I limited to when I can take courses?
A. No. As long as you have Internet connection, courses are available at your convenience, twenty-four hours daily, seven days a week.

Q. Do I have to take courses in their entirety, in one sitting?
A. No. The courses are self-study. You can work on the courses at your pace. You may leave and return to the course to suite your schedule.

Q. Are continuing education certificates available?
A. Yes. Wound Care Strategies' Online Education courses are recognized for continuing education (CE) contact hour credits. Wound Care Strategies is a Provider of CE contact hours by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider No. 14567; Florida Board of Nursing, Provider No. 50-5663; the Pennsylvania State Nurses Association, Provider No. 133-3-H-0, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

Q. How long should I keep CE certificates?
A. It is recommended that you should maintain CE certificates for five years.
